Dr. Mora gave me extremely bad advice when I brought my 3 day old daughter for her first dr visit. She scolded me for looking tired and for being up with the baby, saying that they need to learn to cry it out from birth so they aren't spoiled. This is known to be bad for newborn's physiological health and I feel so bad for all the babies who have been subjected to Dr Mora's bad advice.
this office has become a joke!! rude staff, double billing me and my insurance company.. the dr. has a nasty attitude... finding a new dr. after many years at this office
I was so disappointed. It was so close to our home and seemed like it'd be a great choice. Very unfortunate. They were very disorganized. We got there as new patients at 11:30... did not get seen until 2:30! The office was not even packed, only 4 people! Dr. Mora was so rude, did even read my childs chart didnt even care what was wrong. Absolutely no personal care, it seemed all about money and not one on one time and care for a little baby. I made an appointment here because it was very close to home. My daughters first appoint was at 9 we showed up at 830 because I know there is new patient information to fill out. We were not taken back to see the doctor untilled 10:30. The very polite but incompetent office lady kept explaining that there were six new patients today. Meanwhile people were being seen left and right before us. Our next appointment was at 8 am. We showed up and tjw doors were not even unlocked until 8:05. Sounds picky but 8 is 8.
