I am extremely upset and disappointed in the level of professionalism from this event venue. I reached out on WeddingWire for an upcoming wedding that I am planning. I scheduled a tour for 9am, and received a confirmation email. I drove over 2 hours away, only to be completely ghosted. I sent several texts, emails, and phone calls and no response or explanation. Little small town with vibrant friendly people. Very nice and interesting place for a early morning or late afternoon troll. Finest dinings and hang out. Much better than old town Alexandria VA. 30 miles away from Tysons VA
Shame on you Mr. Nutter! I was there that day and the only thing that went wrong was YOUR WIFE's obnoxious behavior. The staff that day were friendly and helpful. Until your wife caused an ugly scene over a simple mistake made by you/her, everyone there was enjoying a nice afternoon at a great facility. No one even CARED until SHE lost her maturity and acted so ugly. And, YOU did nothing to calm the situation.
