If I could give zero stars, I would. In my personal experience, the service was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. The septic tank was installed incorrectly, and when we raised concerns, the company refused to address the issue, ultimately costing us thousands of dollars to fix. I also have serious concerns about the objectivity of the inspection process. I have been renting equipment from Dothan about once a month. Skid steers excavators and backhoes. I decided to give the locals some business and rented a Bob cat skid steer from middlebrooks. My first experience was 4.0. The machine was delivered with a full tank of fuel. I rented it for 2 days. I put 14 hours on the machine. My second experience was not so good.
