Tried to talk to Tammy about a tank they installed. She refused to acknowledge she installed the tank stating that they have never installed concrete tanks ever. After providing proof that she did install it, she stated we should be grateful that we haven't had more problems before now. She refuses to take ownership of a problem that her company caused. If I could give zero stars, I would. In my personal experience, the service was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. The septic tank was installed incorrectly, and when we raised concerns, the company refused to address the issue, ultimately costing us thousands of dollars to fix. I also have serious concerns about the objectivity of the inspection process.
