I have been renting equipment from Dothan about once a month. Skid steers excavators and backhoes. I decided to give the locals some business and rented a Bob cat skid steer from middlebrooks. My first experience was 4.0. The machine was delivered with a full tank of fuel. I rented it for 2 days. I put 14 hours on the machine. My second experience was not so good. Great delivery service. Showed up on time with a good machine.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I rented a vibrating ground tamper and when I got it home it did not work. I took it back and was given another one that also did not work. Their equipment is old and in disrepair. The older lady is very rude, disrespectful and did not make any attempt to make things right. As a matter of fact she hung up on me and charged my card $5.00 for gas that we did not use. I should of read the previous reviews. I do try to support local shops, but stay away from here!
