Very unprofessional. We called 6 or 7 times one day and no one would answer the phone. My husband had to go in in person to get new patient paperwork and they made a comment about "whether or not they would accept us," something like that. It's been 2 weeks or more with no call back and I called today and once again could not get through to anyone.
Great Dr. Excellent nurse and front desk employees. Very nice office! Everyone was very professional and caring. I will definitely be sharing my experiences there with others!
