I reported a partial power outage just to inform them. It’s “bombcycloning” outside at the moment so I expected it. What I didn’t expect is an immediate phone call letting me know I was the only one, it must be my house service. They sent a crew out immediately and fixed it. I thanked them and apologized for making them have to come out and they were beyond pleasant and happy to help. In other matters I’ve lived here for almost two years now.
