I just had an MRI and found Middle Village Radiology super easy to deal with. My doctor sent the request to them and they in turn contacted my insurance company and got the approval. A few days before my appointment they called to confirm my appointment. Upon arrival at 9:20am for my 9:30 appointment I filled out the usual paperwork and was called within 10 minutes. Great place. In & out pretty quick.
My appointment was for 3:30 at 5:10 they tell me 20 mins and mri would take 45 mins and I had to miss my physical therapy because of this.. stay away
DO NOT GO HERE. This place is so unprofessional. They had me come twice and the tech didn't show up. They never send follow up information, or call back. DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE PLACE. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE
