Horrible, I went in couldn’t breathe out one nostril and now I can’t breathe threw both, wanted 2500 for the surgery and didn’t get better at all. Nothing they suggested worked .
This review is primarily for the front desk as I wasn’t able to actually schedule an appointment. I was referred to this office from the emergency department at Stonecrest medical center. I have an ear infection with a ruptured eardrum that has defied all antibiotics and lasted over a month. I had to go to the ER a few days ago as my fever spiked along with terrible headaches and mucus pouring from my affected ear. Had a procedure done with Dr. Fordice to remove an Oral Mucocele. He and his staff took great care of me and would highly recommend visiting them if you have any ENT related issues!
Great service. Visited the office twice and both times waited no more than 10 minutes after arrival. Took my insurance with Blue Cross and couldn’t have asked for better care the nursing staff is great and Dr. Fordice really knows his stuff!
We had several appointments with Dr. Converse for my son’s ear tubes. Each time we had to wait 45-60 minutes past the appointment time. For the most recent appointment, the receptionist Jill claims that their office left a message last week cancelling the appointment, however I DID NOT receive a missed call or voicemail on the date 09/30 that they claimed they called.
