This place is a joke. I’ve been trying since December 2022 to get a refund for my 82 year old aunt. We’ve been very patient with them but now I’m reporting them to Medicare. The company was reimbursed by MCR on February 3, 2023. My aunt was scanned in August 2022. We paid the bill in October 2022. Evidently they never filled it on insurance and when I questioned them and gave them her insurance info (which they should have gotten from the hospital) they did file…. Incorrectly… multiple times. Charged $130 twice for a "reading fee" of my MRI. I dont mind paying my bill but where I'm frustrated is I was not notified with a bill, not notified it was going into collections and first day and a half of persistent calling was unable to get ahold of them. Reached them. Spoke with them and was directed to another billing number because it is now in collections WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE (it hit my credit karma and thats that only way I've known about it).
