10 out 0f 10 DO NOT recommend!!! ... I NEVER thought I would be leaving this review. I recommended Mark Flatt to anyone & everyone for years. He was amazing until he wasnt. I paid him April 1st for a job that he NOT only hasnt even began on but he also no longer responds to my calls, text, emails etc AND still has my money!!! It is a shame that anyone but especially a business would conduct themselves this way. My home had an emergency leak outside during the coldest days in Cookeville (January 2026). Mark worked tirelessly to complete the tedious job. He is a 5 star person. Thank you Mark.
Nice pleasant experience today! Came 1st thing as promised and took care of our issue. Very fair priced. Listened to what issue we were having and addressed it and also gave great suggestions moving forward. Will call if we have another problem without a doubt!
I had a dishwasher that wasn’t draining. Mark was able to come out the next day when I was available and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. He was professional, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this business and will be using them again if we need a plumber.
