Had a white vinyl fence installed by MTF. Every aspect of my business with MTF was painful. Communication was nonexistent, and only heard from Kirk after repeatedly calling and ringing his phone off the hook. Every answer was vague and every conversation frustrating. Our projected start time was 4-6 weeks after my downpayment. Ended up being 7 months of wait time. Extremely pleased!!! Kirk was wonderful to work with. His team was absolutely amazing! We talked on Thursday and his team showed up on Monday and finished the job on Tuesday. They were thorough, polite and did a fabulous job. We’ve recommended Middle Tennessee Fence to some of our friends. We’re already getting compliments on our beautiful fence.
The team was extremely nice and very professional. My fence turned out better than my expectations. The owner was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this fence company to anyone.
