I have spent a fortune on A/C units. I have had 2 brand new mini splits and a carrier home A/C and the control boards get zapped when storms come trough. I purchased a surge protector and the storm that rolled through early yesterday morning just got my new mini splits for the second time. Is anyone else having this trouble? Always great service, I never do it online. I always go into the store and chat, have never had a problem transferring.
I needed to change my bank acct direct deposit and decided to pay my bill that was due the next day… when I paid it asked if I’d like to do an auto payment from now on, I clicked yes. The next day on the due date I noticed there were two payments in same amount. When I went to my acct it said two payments were posted. I called to get a refund and they told me I could not until it cleared my account, all I’d have to do is go into local office and show that it’s cleared my account and I’d receive a refund for the balance that’... read more
