Very clean store. Friendly staff. Found some nice clothes and brand new boots! 4 shirts, 1 pant, 1 pair of Boots all together $37 .Very pleased!
Yolanda checked us out today and she was the most pleasant employee I have ever encountered at a goodwill. You could tell she loves what she does and takes care of the customers. Another employee was telling her to hurry up, which I thought was rude because she was just so pleasant. Our interaction was only a couple minutes, but she was absolutely amazing
Waited in line for over 20 minutes on 12/6 to be told by the rude older black manager that I couldn't purchase an item because a customer in the store tore off the QR code portion of the tag and therefore claimed the item. Same situation happened to the customer in front of me and the manager made us put both items back on the floor. Items should be pulled from the floor immediately or a tag should be placed saying it’s sold if a customer claims it.
