Excellent experience with Jesse from Mid TN Appliance! So knowledgeable and honest. Appreciated his explanation of problem. Highly recommend!
Waited weeks with minimal communication for him to come fix our fridge. Stated without seeing it that an expensive part is needed. We followed up several times, all while the fridge leaked onto our floors. Had no problem paying for the part gave, him the ok never responded. Called another provider within 4 days came out and fixed it with no part needed. Wouldn't recommend.
