I would definitely not recommend going to this place ,it was good at first but once I did my sons immunisation they gave me a plan which I thought would be the dates to come in and I assumed that they would send a reminder to my phone but NO they do not so I had forgotten and they sent a text saying I needed to pay a fee of $1000 for missing an appointment so I went in to check and she said it was the wrong message and the date was not correct for his next visit and I ask if they could send a reminder and they said we have t... read more
Dr. Harpreet is very kind and listen to all your problems. I was switching multiple GPs until i visit this medical centre. I wont go anywhere else now.
I've been going to this clinic for almost 10 years. Dr Lee has been an excellent, caring physician and the staff have always been helpful and friendly.
Dr. Harpreet deo was shockingly unprofessional. Not only was the doctor rude, but they also made comments about my daughter’s clothing, which is completely unacceptable. A visit that should have been about care and respect turned into an uncomfortable and judgmental experience. I cannot recommend this doctor. Worst experience with a dr.
I have used this medical practice for the past 20 years and have always felt supported and listened to. The reception staff and nursing staff are not always friendly, but that is not true for Kaily and Adwana, as they are happy to assist with any booking questions.
