Refused to treat me bc I asked my husband to make the appointment for me. What a joke!
I had a great experience with Middle Path Counseling! The front end staff was easy to work with and explained all my options to me. I was able to get what I needed scheduled and would definitely recommend!
Middle Path Counseling is an amazing small counseling office. I've never seen a team so wonderful! They go above and beyond to provide the best care for the clients. I've had interactions with many of the counselors here and their skill level is the true cream of the crop! And they are still always working to learn more to help people. I'm thankful for the healing this team provides for me. Thank you Rachael and all the counselors at Middle Path Counseling!
Charged me (75 dollars) and my husband (120 dollas) cancelation fee because their telehealth simple practice system apparently dropped mid session and wouldn't work for internet connection. Since there was no availability for the week to reschedule, they charged us and considered it a "cancelation ". Highway robbery when I don't know how that is our fault on theory system when our internet is fully up to date and working.
