Easy intake, they take a ton of different insurance, and the staff is wonderful. Ive been going here about a month and have only had good experiences
First point of contact was very kind and explained the process. I was eventually on intake told i wasn’t a good fit because I was looking for a mixture of talk therapy and DBT/or emdr therapy. Of course I got billed for this intake appointment which the practice is fully within their rights to do I just wish their initial call and or site explained that they do not take patients wanting talk therapy as well because it would have saved me 5 days of looking for a practice and my copay.
I refer to middle path often due to cost, insurance options and a wonderful DBT program. I am so thankful to them and how they support our area!
Most appalling appt I’ve ever had, and was even with the owner… I was seeking therapy for PTSD trauma and other mental disorders. This was my fist appt I haven’t had an appt in years.. and took a lot for me to take the steps to make this appt, after “over sharing”( to a therapist!!!) she raised her voice to me in disgust, demanding I don’t talk about that, and was more interested in my employment and ability to pay (which there is so issue) than my mental health after she raised her voice I asked her nicely to go lower her t... read more
Refused to treat me bc I asked my husband to make the appointment for me. What a joke!
