I’m not one to complain but If I could leave a worse review I would. I’m beyond pissed. I tried scheduling an appointment back in the end of October. I’m only off Wednesday and Thursdays from work and I’ve asked to put it on my chart and told every front desk assistant this info as well. I received a call asking to reschedule for Monday. I said no and that I’d be busy the next week so I’d try again. My son had an acccident on the river, so we decided to take him to Middle Park Health instead of drive back to an urgent care. Good choice, as the staff gave him immediate attention and were so nice. Highly recommended
We took my son to this facility on Christmas Eve for what we believed to be a pretty severe sinus infection among other things. The facility was nice, and the nurses seemed to be thorough. However the doctor, Toko Morimoto, was not helpful and did not offer anything that provided any substantive relief of his symptoms or helped to even treat what was wrong.
