Extremely poor service. Casey could not fix a lawnmower in six weeks. He was rude to my Father, my father is 80 years old. Save your time money frustrations and anger go someplace else. Apparently, Casey could not find the parts for the lawnmower, but the guy in Brandon had them in five days shipped to him. Maybe Casey owes money to creditors or something. I’m just guessing.
Timely and quality repair of my DR. Field and brush mower. Despite unavoidable shipping issues of needed parts for my rider mower, once delivered it also received quality repair and purrs like a kitten. Highly recommended!
Lady is rude. Worst service. Called in June to have mower fixed. Said it would be 2 weeks. Called for a month to get mower ladycalled back said it will be done when it gets done and calls today to say it's done but can let me know when I can get it or when they can drop it off. And asked me why they had to call before comming to drop it off. Well Lady for one cause I asked you to and for two its private property and I don't want anyone on it when I'm not home. We purchased our new Husqvarna commercial trimmer from Casey and couldn't be happier. He was very patient and knowledgeable, explained all our options, and demonstrated everything we would need to know in order to operate it successfully. We were also pleased to be able to see all the different attachments he had in stock, so much so that we even scooped up the cultivator attachment, which made finishing my garden a breeze.
