We have used the group site for the past 3 years. The camp host comes and switches out the garbages a couple times a day and there’s decent sand down by the water. That’s the 2 stars. The grounds are the nasty poky weeds, and the bathrooms want to make you throw up! There was literally poop smeared all over the walls and floor! All 3 years we think it will get better but they are much worse! It’s sad how much you pay to get in and the bathrooms can’t be decent!!

The picnic area is nice and the beach would be amazing with a week of repair and upkeep on their paths down from the parking. The bathrooms could really use some work too.
Beach was decent but the fee to park was ridiculous. Walks down to the beach aren't convenient or easy if your hauling coolers or other equipment. Boat gas fumes infiltrate the entire beach. Would recommend going to other beaches on this lake over this one.
