I have never dealt with a doctor office where the staff are so unprofessional and rude. I call and leave messages and never get a call back and when I call back I get attitude. I feel as if some of the staff are in the wrong field of work to be so unprofessional.
Had a very pleasant visit with the NP Becky. Visit started nurse Cheryl getting my vitals and being very professional. Both ladies were patient and informative. They answered every question my MIL and I through at them.
I just want to give a huge thank you to Middle Georgia Vascular for the incredible care and support they’ve given me. Dr. Berkett, Becky (PA), and the entire staff have been absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They took time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease.
