I have been coming here for over two years with my appointments being every six months. I sent a request for a prescription re-fill, as I have always done, and now they are refusing my refill. The reason being that they now, all of a sudden, want me to come in every 90 days. This was never discussed until now, when I need my prescription refilled. Lisa Stewart, I hope that this does not reflect badly on you because you have been great. I will not be coming back after using them for over two years..... what a disappointment.
In my time with them they did not come off as a place that cares about its patients. Lacking follow up, communication and empathy. Had multiple scans & tests and only once received a call to discuss results & next steps. Often felt left in the dark. When inquiring for a refill, I was treated rudely by staff. Policies are understandable, but their bedside manner was both offensive and dismissive. Would not recommend.
Everyone I have met at this practice is very welcoming, caring, knowledgeable and professional. From the moment you walk in the door, and are greeted by name, until you leave, with a final goodbye, you never feel rushed, unseen or unheard. This is a practice I would, and have, recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic primary care group.
