The office staff is absolutely wonderful. I cannot praise them highly enough. However after waiting until 8:30 for an 8:00 appointment, I went to the desk to ask when I would be seen. The care provider finally came in and said he was unaware he had an 8:00 appointment and that I wasn’t on his list yesterday afternoon. It should be routine to check the “list” every morning. Adequate care, but so frustrating. I don’t mind waiting for a good reason, but failing to check a schedule isn’t one. Definitely frustrated when I left.
On time, friendly staff and very knowledgeable! My exam with Amanda Lanier was thoughtful and provided great insight.
I always feel like I'm going to see a part of my family when I go here. Gail at the window and all the ladies are extremely nice each time I go.
I always receive the best care from everyone at Good Samaritan Primary Care.
