I am writing this review after losing my father in a motorcycle accident. During the most difficult time of my life, this impound lot made an already unbearable situation worse. When I first called after the accident, I spoke with two staff members who assured me that there would be no storage charges because my father had died in the accident. My father-in-law had a motorcycle wreck in which he was fatally injured. The state patrol had this towing company come and tow his motorcycle off. We contacted the towing company the very next day to find out what we needed to do to get the bike out and how much storage would be. They said they would not charge us storage because of the fatality involved and for us to take care of our business and it would be there when we got it handled. But we will need a death certificate.
