Great home town service. They are our neighbors and friends that work for our community, providing a much needed service that we all could not live without. Rural Dooly county would be much different and a worse place to live without our EMC.

The privilege to offer such horrible customer service, yet your customers only have you as their only option, is mind-blowing. The acceptance of mediocrity is extremely sad. Take note kids, you can be a big cooperation and lack any accountability and still be successful!
Power failures, surges, and glitches happen frequently, with or without bad weather. Returned from long vacation. Noticed garage freezer arc fault breaker was popped. Obviously another power surge. Had a deer and large quantity of fish in freezer. Lucky I had an Israeli gas mask on when I opened the freezer door. Stunk so bad that the flies around the garage got sick, passed out, and fell on garage floor. Had to clothes pin my nose and back up to the freezer to clean up the mess.
