Mr. Ken and his crew did an amazing job. Came out and measured for living room floor length windows, small guest room windows and our bedroom. Customer service and installation was great. Thanks to him and his professional crew. Still adding curtains but blinds look amazing.
I had a problem with my blinds I had installed a couple years ago and I called up and Kurt answered the phone and got me in touch with their tech that knows the ins and outs of this particular blind and in 5 second my problem was fixed. But before that they offered to come out and fix it no questions asked. Great people can’t go unnoticed. Thanks again guys!
Overall great experiences. I had interior shutters installed back in December. Ken’s communication was fantastic and he quoted a very fair price. Timeline for production and installation was spot on. Troy was meticulous with installation. Just had them come back out and install shades for our outdoor screened patio. Same great experience. Mr. Ken Ford & Mr. Troy Lewis delivered as promised & went above & beyond to ensure our blinds were installed seamlessly. They were a pleasure to work with & our blinds came out amazing! We ordered pewter, 2 inches, they look just like wooden blinds but more durable & easier to maintain. The cordless, Roman blinds on our front & back door looks great! Everyone compliments our blinds! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of blinds & shutters!
