The facility provides little to no meaningful counseling, and group therapy is ineffective. Safety concerns include locked fire exits and a permanently locked door leading to a bricked courtyard. Patients who are mentally competent and healthy are allegedly kept involuntarily to maintain occupancy and maximize insurance payments. Patients are required to wear paper clothing, and there is little opportunity for individuals to process unresolved emotions, trauma, or personal feelings in a constructive way.

Its a no for me. We moved to caring minds warner robins for therapy and got more care in one visit than 6+ at middle flint. Read other reviews. Believe them. These people don't care. Your insurance money is also your vote. Go somewhere that makes you feel well! If you have to question whether theyre actually helping, Change! If you dread going in, change! Reading this to see if you wanna come here? This is your sign. This place isn't it.

They're doing their best with my son,but there's so much red tape and they can only go as far as he allow them, because he doesn't think he needs help

Was a client for a year and some change. Appointment has been missed multiple times by 2 different providers and I was threatened when I missed an appointment recently (and didn’t immediately reschedule) that I would be dropped as a client. I don’t care. Not worth your time if you’re in a real mental crisis; time management is off; and staff at WR location will get disrespectful when you bring up an actual issue with their staff. I was a patient at the facility and will firmly say this is the worst inpatient facility I've ever witnessed the staff is exceptionally rude and uncaring I've witnessed them multiple times harass a patient into a corner and goad and threaten them also don't go here if you value your job they won't send you out of there with and excuse and if you call up here trying to get one they play musical chair with the phone will give you bogus made up phone numbers and when you FINALLY reach someone who can help you they just plain wo... read more
