I had a great experience , wonderful staff , clean office and I didn’t have to wait. The PA Jenna Goldstein was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable.
One star is one too many for this office. If I could give zero I would have. This is by far the worst Doctor's office I've ever been to. I'm not even sure there is an actual doctor that works there.
I am very pleased with the care I was given. The procedure Dr. Sussman performed was quick and painless. She went out of her way to make me feel at ease. I also had a good experience with other members of the staff.
I cannot speak for Dr. Sussman as I never met that Doctor however there is is a Barbara (PA). I have been seeing her for over a yr now, everytime I go my BP goes up, she is rude to say the least. I tried having a conversation with her and my mask dropped below my nose and she interrupts me at least 3x's during appt. I explain to her I am having side effects of med she put me on, she refuses to change. The doctors, NP’s, and nurses are kind and professional. However, I left this practice due to the rude and unprofessional staff. Their billing department will harass you about any issues with your insurance company, and even when you have taken steps to fix them (and told them what you have done and what your insurance needs them to do) refuse to wait for payment from your insurance and insist that you pay them immediately or deny you treatment.
