Definitely the best real estate agents in the area. Went way above and beyond helping my wife and I find a house on the water. Kevin Kuykendall spent the time to help us learn the area and his knowledge of the area saves us many hours of time looking at places that would not fit our needs. We have a 50’ sailboat and needed a protected area with 6 feet of water depth and no stairs leading to the dock (bad knees). Kenneth Kuykendall was great, he showed me a few properties and had extra information printed out on all of them. I didn't end up buying yet but I will definitely call him if I see a property I want in the area and would have confidence closing on a property with the support of someone with his knowledge.
I am delighted with the responsiveness of Bob Nolting. We sold the property in less than two days that included an offer and one counter. He stayed on the various actions until they were completed. His intuition about the sales process from pre-listing to sale was right on the mark.
