Great products, fast and reliable service!
Cavco Dorchester makes a beautiful home, very impressed
Many many defects on house from crooked door frames to furnace issues.
Nothing but issues. Brand new build moved in beginning of Summer 24. Still have on going issues with home that haven’t been taken care of. Also check holes in furnace closet and water heater closet. Ours was delivered with rat size hole that I couldn’t see until I had a rat eat the wiring and plumbing on my dishwasher and neither MidCountry or Western Housing out of Sioux Falls are doing anything to help. Stay away, very far away from these places.
Should be zero stars. House delivered with too many things wrong to mention and they will not fix. Not sure how they get away with this.
