This is a terrible company. I'm a home builder and I'm trying to help a family fix their "new home" from Mid Country. Extremely poor "quality", mismatched materials sent to finish, patio door was installed upsidedown, none of the interior doors would function, floors installed very wrong,.... I don't have time to continue explaining the problems with this company's "building" practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE A LAWYER TO SUE THEM. Go with a reputable local builder!
So let me tell you my experience with this home service is much too be desired. I’ve been in the home 4 years now and it still is not done as far as the problems I requested to be fixed siding buckled on front of home was cut to long plumbing that I had to get fixed myself and ask for refund gas line missing installed myself only charged for materials no labor ,oh I’ll be into my 4th summer and still no patio door screens I even took the wrong ones back myself floor squeak beginning of hallway.
