A repair man from the factory was sent to our Midcountry home January 12 in Amery, WI to do some repairs. He did such an excellent job on our cabinets and even a couple repairs that were not on the list. I don't know how he was able to do such a great job without leaving a mess but he did. I don't know your name but I want you to know how much you were appreciated. Your work ethic is superb!

Cavco Dorchester makes a beautiful home, very impressed
Many many defects on house from crooked door frames to furnace issues.
Nothing but issues. Brand new build moved in beginning of Summer 24. Still have on going issues with home that haven’t been taken care of. Also check holes in furnace closet and water heater closet. Ours was delivered with rat size hole that I couldn’t see until I had a rat eat the wiring and plumbing on my dishwasher and neither MidCountry or Western Housing out of Sioux Falls are doing anything to help. Stay away, very far away from these places.
