5 stars for Deb Reinardy from MidCountry, Hastings location. We were out of town and a certificate we had came due. We wanted to adjust term & rate. With 1,300 miles between us...a new certificate was provided by Jenna Meeks with term & rate changes along with required signatures. All provided through email & auto signature. Deb orchestrated a transaction where miles separated us and was completed and DONE in short order. Thank you DEB!
