5 stars for Deb Reinardy from MidCountry, Hastings location. We were out of town and a certificate we had came due. We wanted to adjust term & rate. With 1,300 miles between us...a new certificate was provided by Jenna Meeks with term & rate changes along with required signatures. All provided through email & auto signature. Deb orchestrated a transaction where miles separated us and was completed and DONE in short order. Thank you DEB!

Excellent and professiona bank with great rates!
I'm new to the area and called MidCountry Bank to find out if they offered mobile deposit. The gentleman who answered the phone didn't know, put me on hold to ask. Comes back and still didn't know. Really?? I went to the website and yes it's offered. Please know what products your bank offers. Poor customer experience. I'll be looking elsewhere.
