Amazing crew, have been using this clinic for several years now with our horses, they're always happy to come out at the drop of a hat, had young Leo out today to one of our horses and he was so kind and gentle, to both the (very) old horse, and my partner who had to make a very difficult decision. 35+c summer weather and Leo spent a couple hours in the heat working hard to do what could be achieved, including a couple phone calls back to the clinic to ask a second opinion (more brains the better!) thankyou for the hard work... read more
I am constantly amazed at the compassion, care, empathy & above & beyond attitude of all of the staff at Macksville Vets. I am forever grateful for the love they have shown in both repairing our beloved pets and helping us to say goodbye when it was time. This practice is still personal, still about customer service & above all, about caring for our furry loved ones. Can not recommend highly enough.
This is a wonderful company. The vets are experienced, understanding and talented with wide-ranging experience and total dedication to caring for the animals. Great staff.
No waiting around, they have a great little area if your dog is feeling overwhelmed or reactive. Staff are great and not phased by bigger dogs.
