Most no-compassionate counsellor/organisation ever. My puppy was killed the afternoon before my appointment and although I notified them in the morning before my appointment, they still charged me!!!!. Prior to that I wasn't impressed with Emma anyway, she needs to develop her knowledge and skills a lot more before she should be let loose by herself with people with serious problems. Mark Ziemer
overwhelmed by the quality of service and how comfortable and supporting the environment is. the male practitioner and the wonderful warm hearted lady in the front office create an experience that is professional whilst always friendly, taking care to put the client first. After every session I feel like I have someone in my corner looking forward with me.
