The granite in my kitchen is beautifully polished and beautifully cut. It’s amazing. All granite is different, but it was carefully cut so that the veins of color were matched from the countertops to the backsplash. But the most beautiful part of the granite was used for the island. I went to a big box store and looked at granite countertops. I then went to Midcoast marble and I’m very happy I did. First, you get the opportunity of seeing the actual raw material that will be used in your counter tops. Second, you will get educated on the different stones by both Mark and Connie. I was impressed with the knowledge they both have and the willingness to show you the actual production area for the finished work.
