After an unfortunate incident where a driver used my beloved VF Holden as a brake I entrusted my crash repair with Luke and his very capable team. I'm incredibly fussy and heard good feedback about these guys through FB car groups, and having seen the calibre of cars and workmanship on display at their Lonsdale workshop, I let Luke take on my repair. Fantastic crass repair team completed the work to vehicle in a timely manner but also did exceptional work to my vehicle and at a great fair price super easy to deal with and very helpful and honest
E-mailed them on the 9th of Feb after visiting the workshop personally. On the 10th of Feb I received an email from Luke asking me for more photos. I sent him more photos straight away but 15 days after I’m still waiting their quote. If a simple quote takes that long, I’m wondering how long would take to access my car and to have the job done. I’m very disappointed!
