I had an appointment at 830am on 23rd April to view kittens for adoption. I was ushered into a consultation room and immediately told I cant understand why the receptionist on the day made the app as we are very busy. She got the kittens and told me that we dont have much time. I got 3 minutes in the room with when she came back. Consult over. Hi i showed up with no appt with my furry best friend Zac my Rottweiller who had a paralysis Tick I couldn't completely remove the whole team at Midcast Vet were terrific helped me get my boy sorted asap very professional and very nice people who I would highly recommend.... Great work team thank you
Emergency visit, they took doggo in straight away, provided great care. Many thanks. Btw, visiting from interstate so it was great they could see the poor fella.
