From the first phone call speaking with reception to working with service tech was a positive experience. Just when I thought I had to take a trip to Vegas for upfitting I came across Midco truck sales and service. The entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Truck was repaired in a timely manner and truck seems to be operating better then the original unpfit build. After I've had terrible fortune with other service companies you guys @ Midco built my confidence back in family owned businesses.
Over the years, I have brought in multiple vehicles from our fleet into Midco for repairs. I cannot say enough good things about the Service Crew here at Midco. From the front office employees to the techs, each person there does everything in their power to provide exemplary service. In this industry, it has always been difficult to find good help. But using Midco I am always confident that our needs will be exceeded. Special shout out to Maria, Crystal and Victor! Thank you so much!!
