I got the phone number from my coworker and called Midcity plumbing for a slow drain in my mom's condo master bathtub &sink. They came out within an hour step by step checked everything not just unclog the drains and were very thorough they even helped out with the kitchen faucet hose that was sticking on their way out door. Very professional and the price was right. I highly recommend them.
Edit: There was some miscommunication and overcharging issue but Mario reacted very quickly and reached out to me to make sure I was reimbursed accordingly. I do appreciate his effort in fixing my shower issue and getting it for reasonable price.
Told me one price and then charged me another.. They told me they can’t return the part that didn’t fit but they kept that part.. I will not call them in the future
Local to me company went "ABOVE AND BEYOND" to get our main home bathroom up and running again after a 75 year old cast iron main sanitary pipe, in our basement broke and split in two different areas on the same day! Joe came out and viewed the issue and 24 hrs later, Patrick and Dillon answered the call to duty and cut out the whole house sanitary system and replaced it with PVC professionally done correctly.
