My cat had an abscess on his face and they were able to get me in the same day I called. The price was doable for me on a low budget. The staff were very friendly and the doctor was efficient and kind.

Bad experience with the vet technician. She was trying to take my pet and just give her shots without asking. I insisted on coming with my pet to the room. She struggled to give my puppy a shot. Pulling the needle in and out, causing my puppy pain. I asked her to stop and have the doctor do the shots. He has given her shots at our last appointment. She got an attitude and just left the room. That is very unprofessional and her lack in training shows that providing poor technician skills causes pets to be afraid of shots. I w... read more
We relocated here in the summer with our 13 yr old lab/gsp mix. First moving internationally with a family pet requires a lot of work and the staff at midcities did everything to make it as easy and efficient as possible while ensuring our Charro kept up with his arthritis treatment. We sadly lost Charro last week and the Dr and all the staff helped our family in a very sad and difficult time. I highly recommend this animal hospital, they treat your pet as a part of your family.
Dr. Munson is INCREDIBLE. As a veterinary nurse, I have a hard time trusting veterinarians with my cats because of my cat traumatically passing due to mistreatment of her infection (Not at this hospital) I will recommend Dr. Munson to literally anyone I know, especially if they own cats. She stays up to date on the latest research in kitty medicine and always treats the babies with compassion and minimizes their stress as much as possible. On top of this, she stays real with you.
