My first impression was first very impressive. My appointment was at 12noon, I arrived around 11:30 signed in sat for about 5 minutes, I was called to the back, sat in the examing room for less than 5 minutes. Dr. Sood entered the room with two associates. Introduced himself and staff, asked a few questions, gave an overview of what they had to offer, gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Haven’t had the procedure yet but I can say thank you. I didn’t have a long wait I can tell you more after my procedure.
My appointment was October 4 on a Saturday at 12:30pm, for a consultation with Dr. Rishi and he was not there, another doctor said he had an emergency appointment so that sucked. During the consultation another doctor was explaining the procedure but I’m still lost I asked for information and that information was like a flyer. I asked what is the name of the medication they will insert into me a second doctor came in and told me but I didn’t have anything to write with so I asked for info on it and I didn’t receive it.
