Just charged us $800 after insurance for "attending a delivery" when my husband and I have no memory or record of them being there. They were not wanted, needed or requested. The staff was extremely rude when I requested an itemized paper bill for the charges.
Predatory billing practices.
Update: im updating my previous review. Theyve since created more convenient ways to pay. During a time of multiple medical bills, a small inconvenience can seem big. Other than that, my wife and i still recall how caring the staff was. Original post: Can't believe that in this day and age they don't have online bill payment.
