WORST service I’ve ever come across! Was the only person in the store & she could not be bothered to help me AT ALL! Wouldn’t spend my worst enemies hard earned dollar there. 😠
I didn’t manage to grab the name of the woman who was helping us but she was an absolute gem after a less than positive experience at the concession store in David Jones. The saleswoman was friendly and efficient, the team at DJs should take note.
I had a wonderful experience at Midas PF on the Sunday of the Black Friday sales weekend, thanks to a lady named Yolanda (apologies if misspelled). Despite the shopping center being crowded and the shop assistants likely exhausted, Yolanda was incredibly helpful and polite. Shopping for shoes is usually a stressful experience for me, but Yolanda went above and beyond to address my concerns, making the experience enjoyable!
