I visited this Miranda store on Thursday. I spent 10+ minutes browsing alongside other customers who entered the store. Not once was I or others acknowledged by any of the 3 staff members who were “too busy”behind the counter. Not even a hello!! In an extremely tough retail environment it’s gobsmacking to think that this happens. I was wanting to purchase shoes but walked away in disgust. Girl in the desk refused to show some shoes because she should close the store by 6pm. However it's 5:35pm still.

Went in this store to purchase a pair of shoes to wear in Europe because I have been told they are really comfortable. I was the only one in the store except the two assistants for over 5 minutes. No help offered, no Hi. 5 minutes later 2 ladies walk in and yes they got the “Hi can I help you”. That is a $179 shoe sale loss to them. Will never go in there again.
Came here the other day to get a pair of shoes for my girlfriend. Erica went above and beyond to help me great attitude and customer service
