The material is not good quality leather and it hurt my food and they don't have any exchange even when they see that you are not happy with your purchase They say if you wear your shoes just at home and then you realized that they are not comfortable we gonna exchange them Could you please tell me who wear shoes at home for long time to see it is conformable or not?????

Bree also looked after me with a last pair of display shoes. They made my shoe dreams come true that day. I had fractured my leg & was trying to find a pair of shoes I could wear to a 50th birthday.. The sales assistant Sophie at Eastland was so helpful and sweet, her customer service skills were second to none..I was in pain & being so indecisive. It’s so lovely when you come across such beautiful people.. You’re such an asset Sophie to Midas.
Have been looking at this company on-line, but decided to go to the store today and check out the range they had. I am so glad I did. Was served by Sophie who couldn't have been more helpful. She had great suggestions without being pushy and even searched my size at other stores. I ended up purchasing two pairs of boots and will definitely be back.
