He also gives us detailed feedback when there are issues with our pool and is quick to act so that these small issues don't become bigger ones. Richard is by far the best ‘pool guy’ you’ll find. Beyond regular cleaning and checking of chlorine levels, he checks all equipment, filters and pool sweeps etc. and is thorough. But the real difference is that he takes initiative to diagnose issues and let you know about them and offer solutions. A gem.
It was a hassle for me to find a reliable pool company until I met Richard . He came gave me an estimate and assessment of my pool, and we have been rocking ever since for more than 2 years . The pool is kept in excellent condition , serviced tag specific days with no fault and his communication is so professional. And price is competitive.
