Brought the car in for a brake inspection. They showed me my rotors, which I appreciated. Of course I needed work done, but I really appreciate that they didn't hard sell me or add charges. Thanks, everyone!

Paid around $1,500.00 for a 100,000 miles service. In the beginning, the attendant was nice. But that changed when I complained about the fact that in the 2nd day I had to take the car in to complete the service, I was told to come back for the 3rd time next day. Unpleasant experience, perhaps because I am a woman. Just wish the service was well done. Invoices and receipts do not discriminate labour and parts, just a total.
