I called in today as I thought I had a slow leak in my back tyre. The team took the tyre off, did an air test, checked everything thoroughly and put it all back together. I was there for over 20 minutes and, to my surprise, they didn’t charge me as there was no leak found. So often you hear of people being charged unnecessarily, but here I felt very comfortable and well looked after. They came across as honest, trustworthy and genuinely wanting to help. I highly recommend them if you’re after good service and peace of mind.
Really bad experience as my car started leaking oil post service. Will never trust these guys .
Fit me in for a major service at the last minute. Provided video footage and plain language explanation of what was needed and why. Easy to use software to accept the additional work and upfront pricing. Went above and beyond to locate the source of a strange noise and fix it. Car is running beautifully and very happy overall with the service received. Will be back next time!
