First time customer and Jock, in front area was professional yet friendly, very open to discussion on needs, honest and sincere which was a very welcome change. The quote was a competitive one which was a good price for work done, and very fair and less than the other 2 I had acquired. Good customer service is at its best here! Great mechanic shop, awesome customer service, highly recommended. Have been back several times and they have exceeded my expectations. My mum took her car in recently and was extremely pleased with the work and customer service.
Had the best experience with this place, spoke to Jock at front end, he explained every thing clearly, a genuine bloke that treat people great! Customer service was insane.
