Took my prado here for a no idle issue, spent thousands trying to fix it with labour and new parts. The "professionals" told me that they had checked fuel, spark, air intake etc all the usual suspects. After paying for new parts including injectors which the car never needed, they gave up and told me to come grab the vehicle. Took car in for a service, service included change timing belt and water pump. Asked them to fix a few other things. On return l paid over $1400, drive the car home and engine warning comes up, engine overheating, stop car, they didn’t attach hose to radiator. Terrible service for the price. Manager rang me after l wrote a complaint, not a sorry nothing. Disappointed big time!!!

Absolutely outstanding service! I came in urgently in the middle of a long trip, needing a fuel filter replaced and a few other issues sorted. The team at Midas Mackay were incredibly helpful and quick, they got me back on the road in no time. Professional, efficient, and genuinely kind staff. Couldn’t recommend them more.

We took my 14 year old car in to be checked over knowing it needed some work done. The staff here are amazing from the reception/office to the mechanical work it is top notch. Communication is excellent and the pricing is extremely reasonable. Would recommend for any mechanical work.
