AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Not only are they dishonest here but quite possibly the rudest people I’ve ever come across. If you’re looking to get ripped off for a job that doesn’t need doing, this is the place to go.

"We don't do Volvos". Had a breakdown nearby and was told they don't service Volvos at this location. The staff was polite about it, but it's disappointing that a major chain like Midas can't accommodate a common car brand. Volvo owners should call ahead or find another shop.

Took car in to Midas Heathcote for Rego & service in April 2024 (Yes 2024!) as I had previously done for both my cars for some 3 years. On almost every occasion I would suspect that the proprietors of this franchise were not entirely truthful about the work that they said was required to be done on my vehicles - but by the very nature of this industry it is very hard for a non-motor mechanic to prove otherwise !! Sorry this late, but I couldn’t fault the guys at Midas at heathcote was going away car booked in and serviced before I left as it hadn’t been done for a while, goes fantastic, I will definitely going back . Full list of every done.
