This team is fantastic for our Jeep servicing. Honest, prompt, giving updates if going over the service time, booking us a loan car if required & have competitive rates. They are reliable & courteous
Best to double check their work. We had a knocking sound coming from the front end of the car when driving over small bumps in the road so we called Midas Darra and booked a time to get it investigated and also do the 6 month service which in the end didn't require doing for another 6 months. As our car had extended insurance we had to drive to Darra from Maryborough as they had no branches up this way. Worst business that I have ever dealt with my car is being fixed under statutory warranty as this company is owned by west point autos ,I have called multiple times and told that I will receive a call back the person I need to speak to is in a meeting no call back is ever made, no resolution to the fix of my car that has been at the shop for over 3 months no timeline given to perform the repairs work has been subcontracted out to other businesses because they cannot perform the repairs in house, I had been given a hire car a... read more
