I had an amazing experience with Midas in Clyde North, Victoria. I called up to book my car in for a harmonic balancer repair and spoke with Aaron—not knowing exactly what to expect. From the moment I arrived, Aaron and his team were nothing but professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. They delivered prompt, efficient service and had my car sorted in no time. It’s rare to find a workshop that makes the whole process this smooth. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!
VERY helpful. Aaron took his time to check out an issue with the car - even took time at the end of his day to take me for a drive to show what he thought the problem was. Showed me in person and on screen which part was needed. Went out of his way to bring back customer service! Would recommend!
