Every time you go to grocery store, you get there coupon for $17.99 oil change. I go to use it and Jessie tells me they only accept coupons on Wednesdays because that's the only day she scans the coupons. Then I show her on the coupon, where it says, appointment not required, but she still refuses to accept it. Then I show her my light bulbs, and she says $20-35 to install them for me. Apparently they are not customer service oriented. They won't have to worry about servicing me anymore.
